Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while he and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Wang Wenbin were presiding over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Funan Techo Integrated Water Resources Management Project – Section II spanning 151.6 kilometres from Prek Po, Kandal province, to the sea in Kep province. The ceremony was held this morning in Borey Chulsa district, Takeo province.
