Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum (R Sitting, Pic. 1), Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the CPP Central Committee, and visiting H.E. Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Politburo and Permanent Member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, witness the ceremony of exchanging memoranda of cooperation between Rattanakiri, Preah Vihear, and Stung Treng provinces of Cambodia and Gia Lai province of Vietnam, at the January 7 Palace in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
