H.E. Santepundit Chhay Sinarith (Pic. 1), Senior Minister and Head of the Secretariat of the Commission for Combating Online Scams (CCOS), delivers a presentation to 28 ambassadors and representatives of nine international organisations accredited to Cambodia on the Law on Combating Technology-enabled Scams, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Phnom Penh this morning.
