AKP Phnom Penh, March 31, 2026—

Senior Minister H.E. Ly Thuch (Pic. 1), Chairman of National Committee for ESCAP and First Vice President of Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA), delivers his remarks while he was presiding over in Phnom Penh on Mar. 31 the opening ceremony of the two-day Asia-Pacific Ministerial Mid-term Review of the Doha Programme of Action for the Least Development Countries for the Decade 2022-2031. 

The meeting was attended by Ms. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP), Ms. Rabab Fatima, UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative of the UN-OHRLLS, representatives of UN agencies in Cambodia, Cambodian ministries and institutions, and the Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
