H.E. Abhisantibindit Sar Sokha (R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and H.E. KIM Chang Yong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Cambodia, co-preside over the signing ceremony of the Record of Discussion on “Project for Strengthening CSI & Forensic Science Capacity of Police in Cambodia,” held at the Ministry’s Office in Phnom Penh this morning.
