AKP Svay Rieng, March 26, 2026--

Cambodian Prime Minister Smdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (R, Pic. 1) and Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. UENO Atsushi, presided over the official inauguration ceremony of the Andong Ta Sey Water Treatment Plant and the groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of water infrastructure in five provinces.

The Andong Ta Sey Water Treatment Plant, located in Svay Rieng provincial city, was built under the grant assistance of the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with a total investment capital of approximately US$30.6 million.
