Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while he was holding a get-together this morning with 1,248 families displaced from Prey Chan and Chouk Chey villages, currently sheltering at a safe centre in Chan Sy Samaky Ratanaram Pagoda located in O’Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province.
