H.E. Chay Borin (C, Pic. 1), Minister of Cult and Religion, presides over the celebration of the 56th anniversary of the Khmer translation of the Tipitaka, including the recital of the Tipitaka, at the Vipassana Dhura Buddhist Centre of the Kingdom of Cambodia (Phnom Preah Reach Troap) in Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province, this morning.
