First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while she was presiding over the launching ceremony of the Pediatric Heart Surgery Project at the National Pediatric Hospital this afternoon. This project is a collaboration between the hospital and the Cambodian Health Professionals Association of America (CHPAA) with the aim of helping to treat children with congenital heart disease through free surgery to restore the well-being and bright lives of Cambodian children.
