AKP Preah Sihanouk, January 24, 2026 —

Rear Admiral Mey Dina (R, Pic. 1), Commander of Ream Naval Base, holds talks with visiting Commander Andrew J. Recame, Commanding Officer of USS Cincinnati (LCS 20), in Preah Sihanouk province this afternoon, as part of the latter’s five-day port call. 

The meeting aimed to further strengthen relations, solidarity, and cooperation between the naval forces of the two countries.
