AKP Rattanakiri, January 09, 2026 —

Rattanakiri province is located in the northeastern region of Cambodia and is the farthest province from Phnom Penh, at a distance of more than 500 kilometres by road.

The province is home to many ethnic minority groups, including the Tompuon, Kreung, Jarai, Kachok, and Prov (Kravet), among others. Rattanakiri is also known for its popular tourist attractions such as Yeak Laom Lake, along with lush mountain ranges, waterfalls, and many other scenic destinations.
