AKP Oddar Meanchey, December 20, 2025—

Many Cambodian civilian homes in Sangkat Kon Kriel, Samraong city, Oddar Meanchey province, are almost completely destroyed due to shelling and bombing carried out by invading Thai troops. 

The Thai military has taken civilians and civilian infrastructure as direct targets of attack, which constitute serious violations of international law, international humanitarian law, human rights, and other relevant international legal frameworks.
