First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet (2nd R, Pic. 1), Commissioner-General of the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia (GGAC), takes part in a vegetable-planting activity in Phnom Penh this morning to encourage the GGAC’s members and the general public to grow vegetables to support Cambodian frontline troops and civilians displaced by ongoing Thailand’s military aggression against Cambodia.
