AKP Phnom Penh, December 05, 2025—

The Digital Government Forum 2025 and Digital Technology Expo, along with related national and international side events, officially commence in Phnom Penh this morning under the presidency of H.E. Vongsey Vissoth (Pic. 1), Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, under the theme: "Accelerating the Digital Future: Governance, Growth, and Global Partnership."
