AKP Banteay Meanchey, November 22, 2025 —

The Military Attaché Corps of Phnom Penh (MACPP), coordinated by the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, visits innocent displaced Cambodian civilians who are temporarily refuging at Wat Chan Sy Samaki Ratanaram, located at East Kob Village, Kob commune, O' Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province this afternoon.

It should be noted that these displaced civilians were evacuated from their homes immediately after the Thai military forces initiated unprovoked attack on the innocent Cambodian civilians on Nov. 12, 2025, at 03:50 PM, resulting in 3  injuries and 1 death on site in in Prey Chan village, O' Beichoan commune, O' Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province.
