AKP Phnom Penh, November 20, 2025—

The 16th Photo Phnom Penh Festival (2025) officially opens at the Institut français du Cambodge (French Institute of Cambodia) in Phnom Penh on Nov. 19 evening under the auspices of H.E. Hab Touch (Pic. 1), Permanent Secretary of State at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia and H.E. Olivier RICHARD, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The event saw the participation of representatives from the European Union, members of the diplomatic corps, artists, and numerous distinguished guests.
