AKP Phnom Penh, November 18, 2025 --

The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) has strongly condemned the inhumane act committed by seven Thai black-uniformed soldiers against an 18-year-old Cambodian female migrant worker who was returning home from Thailand.

In a statement released this morning, the CHRC denounced the incident in the strongest terms, stressing that sexual violence is a grave crime and a serious violation of human rights that must be punished without exception.
