AKP Banteay Meanchey, November 13, 2025 --

The ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) today inspects the situation of displaced civilians at the Centre for Displaced Civilians located at Chan Sy Samaki Ratanaram Pagoda in East Kob village, Kob commune, O’Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, where residents of Prey Chan village have taken refuge following the unprovoked use of violence by Thai forces against innocent Cambodian civilians on Nov. 12.

During the visit, the AOT also paid their last tribute to Mr. Dy Nai, also known as Kosal, the Cambodian civilian who was shot dead by Thai soldiers during the incident.
