AKP Banteay Meanchey, November 13, 2025—

The ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) this morning examines the situation of the three Cambodian civilians injured by Thai military’s unprovoked use of violence in Prey Chan village, O’Beichoan commune, O’Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province yesterday. The victims are currently receiving treatment at Cambodia-Japan Mongkul Borei Friendship Hospital in Banteay Meanchey province.
