More delegations from different ministries and institutions take turns to lay wreaths and pay tribute at the Independence Monument and the Royal Memorial Statue of His Majesty the late King-Father Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh) in Phnom Penh this afternoon, to mark the 72nd anniversary of Independence Day (Nov. 9).
