Second Vice President of the National Assembly H.E. Vong Sauth leads a high-level delegation to lay wreaths and pay tribute at the Independence Monument and the Royal Memorial Statue of the late King-Father Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh) in Phnom Penh this afternoon, to mark the 72nd anniversary of Independence Day (Nov. 9).
