A delegation of the Ministry of the Royal Palace led by Deputy Prime Minister Samdech Moha Montrey Kuy Sophal (Pic. 1), Minister of the Royal Palace, lays wreaths and pays tribute at the Independence Monument and the Royal Memorial Statue of His Majesty the late King-Father Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh) in Phnom Penh this afternoon, to mark the 72nd anniversary of Independence Day (Nov. 9).
