H.E. Dr. Chay Borin (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Cults and Religious Affairs of Cambodia, exchanges souvenirs with visiting H.E. Dr. Kheungkham Keonuchan, Vice Minister and Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, at their courtesy meeting at the ministry’s office in Phnom Penh this afternoon, on the sidelines of the 3rd Cambodia-Lao PDR-Vietnam Buddhist Summit hosted by Cambodia from Oct. 27 to 29.
