Arrival of Vietnamese and Lao Buddhist delegations at Techo International Airport this afternoon to attend the 3rd Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Buddhist Summit, to be hosted in Phnom Penh capital city, the Kingdom of Cambodia from Oct. 27 to 29.
