Cambodian High-Level Delegation Departs for Kuala Lumpur for 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits

A Cambodian high-level delegation led by Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet and First Lady, Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony, left here this afternoon to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits to be held from Oct. 25 to 28, 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at the invitation of the Honourable Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and Chair of the 2025 ASEAN Summits.
The delegation was seen off at Techo International Airport by deputy prime ministers, ministers and many other senior officials.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, guided by the theme "Inclusivity and Sustainability," the Summits will play a pivotal role in advancing ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future, strengthening ASEAN Centrality, fostering deeper cooperation with external partners, addressing regional and global challenges towards the shared goals of peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.
While in Kuala Lumpur, Samdech Thipadei will also engage in bilateral meetings with ASEAN and other world leaders to further enhance and deepen bilateral relations on matters of mutual interest and common concern.
