H.E. Chhay Rithisen (Pic. 1), Minister of Rural Development, operates a bulldozer as a symbol while he was presiding over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a total of six rural roads, which will be paved with Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (DBST) and concrete, in Teuk Phos and Kampong Tralach districts, Kampong Chhnang province, this morning.
