AKP Sihanoukville, October 12, 2025 --

H.E. General Tea Seiha (L, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, visits on Oct. 11 evening PLAN 83 and PLAN 988 of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy, which docked at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port in Preah Sihanouk province on Oct. 10 for a five-day visit to Cambodia.
