‎AKP Banteay Meanchey, October 09, 2025—

Sovann Sikharam Pagoda, commonly known as Prey Chan Pagoda, located in Prey Chan village, O’Beichoan commune, O’Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, about one kilometre from the barbed-wire fence installed by Thai military forces, hosts a Buddhist ceremony to pay homage to the souls of soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the defence of the nation and to pray for peace and happiness for the Kingdom of Cambodia.
