Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Prak Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1) signs at the ministry this morning with H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of Japan’s Yen Loan in the amount of 44,437,000,000 Yen (approximately US$296.2 million), under Official Development Assistance, for the implementation of two projects: Niroth Water Supply Expansion Project, and Phnom Penh City Transmission and Distribution System Expansion Project (Phase 3).
