AKP Oddar Meanchey, October 03, 2025 -- 

Secretariat teams of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC)— Military Region 4 on the Cambodian side and Army Region 2 on the Thai side—hold a meeting at the Cambodia-Thailand Liaison Group meeting hall, O' Smach International Checkpoint, Oddar Meanchey province, to discuss the schedule and agenda of the upcoming RBC meeting. 

The Cambodian secretariat team was led by Brigadier General Nit Narong, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4, and the Thai secretariat team was headed by Brigadier General Kamphanat Waphansuk, Chief of Staff of Army Region 2.
