Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Prak Sokhonn (2nd R, Pic. 1) signs with H.E. Alva Baptiste, Minister of External Affairs of Saint Lucia, the Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Saint Lucia, during their bilateral meeting in New York on Sept. 26, on the margins of the General Debate of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly. 

Following on the same day, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn held a pull-aside meeting with H.E. Espen Barth Eide, Minister of Foreign Affairs a of Norway.
