AKP Phnom Penh, September 24, 2025—

Delegations from different ministries and institutions take turn to lay baskets of lotus on the occasion of the 32nd Constitution Day (Sept. 24, 1993 – Sept. 24, 2025), at the Constitution Monument located in a public park west of the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this morning.
