H.E. Prak Sophorn (2nd R, Pic. 1), Governor of Siem Reap province, this morning leads a delegation of competent officials to inspect the impact of flash floods in Siem Reap city, Puok district, Angkor Thom district, and several other districts to prepare for timely rescue.
