A crowd of people this morning celebrate the Pchum Ben Day at Chork Chey pagoda located in Chork Chey village, O’ Beichoan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, about 500 metres from the border area where Thai military forces laid barbed wire.
