Minister of Labour and Vocational Training H.E. Heng Sour (R, Pic. 1) and Phnom Penh Municipal Governor H.E. Khuong Sreng (L, Pic. 1) see people off at a bus stop in Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh this morning. 

The free bus service for people to return to their hometowns for the Pchum Ben Festival kicks off on Sept. 20 at many bus stops in the capital and will last until Sept. 25.
