AKP Banteay Meanchey, September 18, 2025—

Cambodian Buddhist monks, local residents and unarmed forces remain on guard this evening in Prey Chan village, O’ Beichoan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, following the violent incursion by Thai armed forces on Sept. 17, 2025, which left about 30 Cambodian civilians injured. The situation has since calmed, with no Thai troops present at the site.
