AKP Banteay Meanchey, September 18, 2025 --

Unarmed Cambodian citizens and forces remain on guard this morning in Prey Chan village, O’ Beichoan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, following the violent incursion by Thai armed forces on Sept. 17, 2025, which left about 30 Cambodian civilians injured. The situation has since calmed, with no Thai troops present at the site.

H.E. Seang Bunleang, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior, and H.E. Oum Reatrey, Governor of Banteay Meanchey province, were also present at the location.
