H.E. Heng Sour (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia, and H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, preside over the handover ceremony of technical tools, materials, and equipment for electrical skills training, a grant aid from the Government of Japan to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, at the National Technical Training Institute in Phnom Penh on Sept. 16 afternoon.
