People offer foods and other offerings to Buddhist monks to dedicate to the souls of their ancestors and fallen soldiers on the 10th Day of Kan Ben Festival at Ang Ta Minh pagoda in Sangkat Chaom Chao 1, Khan Pursenchey, Phnom Penh this morning.
