AKP Preah Vihear, September 13, 2025—

The Interim Observer Team (IOT), based in Choam Khsan district, Preah Vihear province, led by Brigadier General Dato’ Pahlawan Asri bin Shukor, Director of the Training Department of the Malaysian Army Command and Head of the IOT (HOM) Mission, and his team this morning observe, verify, and report on the situation at the An Ses border Checkpoint, Preah Vihear province, under the coordination of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
