Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), departs Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi this afternoon after paying an official visit and attending the commemoration of 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day on Sept. 1-2.
