Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (L, Pic. 1), President of the Senate and President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), shakes hands with H.E. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), in Hanoi this afternoon.

On the evening of the same day, Samdech Techo Hun Sen joined a banquet hosted by H.E. To Lam in honour of foreign leaders and delegates attending the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of Vietnam.
