Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Pic. 1), President of the Senate and President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), bids farewell to the well-wishers at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning, prior to his departure to Hanoi, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to pay an official visit and attend the 80th National Day Celebration.
