A group of national and international journalists inspects the actual situation at Prey Chan village in O’ Bei Choan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province this afternoon, after Thai soldiers have illegally laid barbed wire, despite the ceasefire which came into effect on July 28, 2025 and the Joint Statement of the Extraordinary Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting on Aug. 7, 2025 in Malaysia.
