AKP Banteay Meanchey, August 14, 2025 —

A seven-nation Interim Observer Team (IOT), led by Malaysian Defence Attaché to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and joined by other residents and non-resident Defence Attaché to the Kingdom of Cambodia, conducts an observation visit to Poipet International checkpoint, Banteay Meanchey province this afternoon, following the reports of illegal barbed wire installation by the Thai armed forces on Aug. 12, 2025.
