H.E. Chhin Ketana (L, Pic. 1), Secretary General of the National Committee for Organising National and International Festivals, greets H.E. Mrs. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, who comes to lay a wreath and pay respects at the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this afternoon, as part of her two-day (April 23-24) official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
