AKP Vientiane, April 05, 2025—

Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet leaves Vientiane, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic this afternoon after paying homage to late H.E. Gen. Khamtay Siphandone, former President of Laos, and meeting with Lao top leaders.
