Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (L, Pic. 1) holds talks with his Lao counterpart H.E. Sonexay Siphandone, during his stay in Vientiane, Laos this afternoon to pay his last respects to late H.E. Gen. Khamtay Siphandone, former Lao President and the father of H.E. Sonexay Siphandone.
