Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (R, Pic. 1), Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and visiting Lt. Gen. Cao Qingfeng, Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the Central Military Commission of China, preside over the inauguration ceremony of Ream Naval Base modernisation achievements and the 87-hectare Cambodia-China Joint Logistics and Training Centre, held in Ong Village, Sangkat Ream, Kampong Som city, Preah Sihanouk province this morning.
