Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (R, Pic. 1), Acting Head of State of Cambodia, holds talks here this afternoon with His Royal Highness Crown Prince Guillaume Jean Joseph Marie of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, who came to pay his last tribute to the late eldest brother of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, who passed away on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
